  • Assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling & reference check.
  • Complete understanding of the job responsibility and design work plan accordingly.
  • Posting, screening and sourcing through social media and other available online forums.
  • Keep a track on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment
  • Post Job Description on the leading portals and design candidate hiring strategies
  • Market research on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions and plan hiring accordingly.

Required Skill Set

  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fair knowledge of software tools such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to understand technical Job Description & evaluate important keywords to perform the search.

Key Responsibility

  • Complete understanding of the sourcing right talent and have experience in process management.
  • Should be able to understand requirement and work closely with the team to source best candidate.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
  • Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
  • Knowledge of traditional postings, social networking resources, and creative sourcing techniques to procure candidates.
  • To use a variety of software tools and job-portals to assist in candidate sourcing activities.
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of the complete recruiting lifecycle, including research, mapping, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing.

Experience Required

  • Degree / Diploma in HR or related field from recognized institutions
  • A min of 2-5 years of recruitment experience is required
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and should be good in people management
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Fair knowledge of software tools such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred
