Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Knowledge of traditional postings, social networking resources, and creative sourcing techniques to procure candidates.
To use a variety of software tools and job-portals to assist in candidate sourcing activities.
In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of the complete recruiting lifecycle, including research, mapping, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing.
Experience Required
Degree / Diploma in HR or related field from recognized institutions
A min of 2-5 years of recruitment experience is required
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and should be good in people management
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to interact with people at all levels
Fair knowledge of software tools such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Prior work experience in IT recruitment would be preferred
